Sales and Support Engineer
Your role is central in our strategy to continue growing and expanding to new application areas and markets. You enjoy customer interaction, both remotely as well as selectively at customer sites. You are motivated by sales and business goals and thrive in system and consultative sales roles. You take initiative and team up, as needed to deliver customer solutions and business results, as a key member of our sales and marketing, support and technical teams.
You like working hands-on. You chart customer and partner requirements and propose a solution comprised of TWIG devices, TWIG SaaS apps and middleware and 3rd party software and services. You diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers to configure devices and to get started with software systems. You support our sales team and our sales partners in product and technical aspects. You contribute content to customer technical documentation and product marketing documentation.
Our B2B customers and sales partners are located in over 30 countries across several continents and your main communication language is English. Skills in other major European languages is a benefit.
Job can mainly be carried out in hybrid out of our Salo factory and lab, but some travel is to be expected.
TWIG lone worker safety devices and systems build around radio and mobile telecommunication networks and embedded and cloud technologies, so understanding of cellular, WiFi, BLE, short-range radios, GNSS and SaaS technologies is vital to your success. You have analytic and systematic approach to problem solving to provide customer support.
